Key Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain detailed architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit. * Prepare architectural drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings. * Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to resolve clashes using Navisworks or clash detection tools. * Ensure models comply with project BIM standards and LOD requirements. * Extract BOQs, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models. * Update models based on design changes and site inputs. * Participate in BIM coordination meetings. * Maintain proper documentation and version control of models Qualifications Required Skills & Qualifications: * Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Architecture. * 3–8 years of experience in BIM modeling (Architectural projects). * Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit. * Good knowledge of AutoCAD. * Familiarity with Navisworks for clash detection. * Understanding of BIM standards, LOD (Level of Development), and ISO standards. * Good communication and coordination skills. * Ability to work independently and within deadlines. Preferred Skills: * Experience in commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects. * Knowledge of BIM 360 / ACC. * Exposure to international projects will be an added advantage.
