Description du poste Votre future équipe : Sous la responsabilité de Josselin, pilote de site, vous rejoindrez l'équipe de Cherbourg (50) au sein de la Business Unit Cycle, Démantèlement, Défense (C2D) qui intervient sur la conception et la mise en service de nouvelles installations pour le compte de différents opérateurs. Description du poste Sous la responsabilité de Sani, Directeur de projet, vous rejoignez une équipe réunissant des expertises en Digital et en Project Management. Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous recherchons un Chef de Projet Senior Intégration de Solutions Digitales capable de piloter des projets stratégiques de déploiement et d'intégration de plateformes métiers telles que : PLM, EAM/GMAO, GED/ECM, PPM, ERP et solutions métiers spécialisées. Vous intervenez à l'interface entre les métiers, les équipes techniques et les éditeurs/intégrateurs afin de garantir la réussite de projets complexes à forte valeur ajoutée. À ce titre, vos principales missions sont : * Recueillir, challenger et formaliser les besoins métiers. * Analyser les impacts organisationnels, fonctionnels et techniques des solutions à déployer. * Piloter l'intégration de progiciels et leur interconnexion avec l'écosystème applicatif existant. * Coordonner les équipes métiers, MOA, MOE, architectes, intégrateurs, développeurs et éditeurs. * Animer les comités de pilotage et instances de gouvernance. * Construire et maintenir les plannings, budgets, feuilles de route et plans de charge. * Identifier et gérer les risques, dépendances et points bloquants. * Superviser les activités de paramétrage, développement, migration de données, interfaces et tests. * Garantir la qualité des livrables et la tenue des engagements coûts, délais et qualité. * Accompagner la mise en production et la conduite du changement. * Assurer un reporting clair auprès des directions métier et SI. Qualifications Vos atouts et les prérequis pour réussir : Vous justifiez de plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de projets digitaux, dont une part significative acquise sur des projets d'intégration ou de déploiement de progiciels complexes. Vous avez notamment démontré votre capacité à : * Piloter des projets de plusieurs centaines de milliers à plusieurs millions d'euros. * Comprendre à la fois les enjeux métiers et les contraintes techniques d'un système d'information. * Travailler en environnement multi-acteurs avec de nombreux intervenants internes et externes. * Structurer un projet, arbitrer les priorités et sécuriser les trajectoires de déploiement. * Dialoguer avec des experts métiers comme avec des architectes et équipes techniques. Vous maîtrisez l’ensemble des dimensions du pilotage de projets complexes : gouvernance, budget, planning, risques, qualité, gestion des fournisseurs et reporting auprès des instances de décision. Job Description The Role As Framework Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery and governance of assigned framework agreements, and supporting the growth of Assystem's capabilities across the UK nuclear and infrastructure sectors. You will act as the focal point for framework management activities, working closely with delivery teams, project managers, recruitment, resource management, commercial teams and clients to ensure frameworks are delivered safely, compliantly and profitably while exceeding customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Client & Stakeholder Management * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive engagement and identify growth opportunities. * Gain a thorough understanding of each assigned framework agreement, including strategic objectives and operational requirements. * Promote Assystem's full range of capabilities and services, identifying opportunities to support customer needs and business growth. * Represent Assystem at supplier reviews, bidder forums and client framework meetings. * Act as a key point of contact for client procurement, commercial and framework management representatives. Framework Governance & Compliance * Ensure all framework requirements are understood and delivered in line with contractual obligations and client expectations. * Establish and maintain effective framework controls and governance processes to support safe and compliant project delivery. * Monitor framework performance, identifying risks, issues and opportunities, and implement corrective actions where required. * Ensure framework agreements have undergone appropriate legal review and that contractual requirements are clearly understood by delivery teams. * Develop framework management tools and reporting mechanisms to monitor expenditure, client satisfaction, value for money and performance. * Coordinate framework reviews, performance meetings and client reporting. Business Growth & Operational Delivery * Support bid and business development teams in the preparation of framework tenders and future opportunities. * Participate in the development and implementation of framework business plans to support continued growth. * Monitor delivery team growth against business objectives and support workforce planning activities. * Coordinate onboarding activities, work closely with Recruitment and Resource Management teams, and monitor framework headcount requirements. * Support Project Managers in identifying current and future resource needs. Commercial & Financial Management * Review and monitor framework and project financial performance. * Manage and report on revenue, invoicing, budgets, overheads and profitability. * Review project performance and support actions required to achieve or exceed planned gross margin targets. * Lead the commercial management and development of the framework, ensuring robust performance monitoring, a thorough understanding of associated commercial mechanisms, and the proactive identification and implementation of initiatives that improve financial, operational, and strategic outcomes.
